Equus Couture returns, exchange, & guarantees:

Equus Couture endeavors to provide our clients with the highest quality of product, inspection, and service. That said, we operate a simple and straight forward returns policy:

 We back up our products with a one-year manufacturer guarantee. After one year, we will judge repairs on a case-by-case basis. (please see more details here)

International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If items arrive damaged/faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt and arrange to post them back within those 7 days - unused and with all the original packaging. We will reimburse you for the extra postage costs and replace the item. If you do not inform us and return the item within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

If you wish to exchange an item, that must take place within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not take exchanges after 30 days.

custom order change & cancellation policy:

No cancellations on custom orders. Once we have received your payment, we will immediately order what is needed to complete your order, thus we become invested financially.

Custom-made orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable as your order has been specifically selected to your specification in size, color, and design. If you are unsure on size, please discuss with us before ordering. Equus Couture will not be held responsible if the customer takes incorrect measurements for a custom order. If you have questions about how to measure your horse properly, please contact us before ordering and we will be glad to help you.

Custom orders have a one year shelf life to complete the design by the client. If the custom process is not completed within that time frame, we charge a fee of 50% of the total order to re-start the process.

Custom Order Design Change Charge - if you should decide to change your design mid-process on a custom order, you will be charged a “Design Change Charge” that will cover our time and resources spent. This will result in an additional 50% of the total order cost to be charged to you. Please make sure your custom design is exactly what you want before we begin to proceed with your order.

 

non-custom cancellation/return Policy:

If an order has been paid for (this applies to in-stock items ONLY) and is cancelled after payment has been made but before the product is received, we do charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order cost, or you may choose to receive a store credit for the full amount paid. That store credit is good for up to one year. We are always happy to exchange in-stock items if they do not fit you or your horse for another size or store credit. Being a small business, we do not offer refunds. Any cancellation or return must be completed within 30 days of original sale. We will not take items back after 30 days.

  

availability:

Due to the nature of our product (many specialty gemstones & vintage pieces), we are unable to guarantee the availability specific designs and/or crystals. Please contact us if there is a specific piece you desire to purchase.

 

shipping:

We ship everything USPS Priority with tracking unless otherwise requested. Other shipping methods are available upon request. We are not responsible for loss or theft of any item in transit. If you pay via PayPal, we use the address that is on your PayPal account unless you specify otherwise, so please make sure it is current. 

We are happy to ship Internationally! Please contact us for a quote. Buyer is responsible for any duty and/or import fees.
